Cancellation policy

Cancel or modify at least 2 hours prior via reception WhatsApp +51 947 299 499; otherwise a 100% charge applies. Refunds: 100% if requested 24h+ before; 90% between 24h and 2h; no refund less than 2h or no-show. Delays may reduce service time.

Important note

Services are for adults only. Massages are prohibited for minors and for pregnant women during high-risk stages; after four months of pregnancy, treatments are at the client's full responsibility. Hydrotherapy is allowed for minors from 14 years old when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please keep silence and avoid electronic devices.
